The National Crime Agency (NCA) reckons there are at least 4,600 organised crime groups (OCGs) operating across the UK today, with London now dubbed the world's money-laundering capital. In North London, they unload trucks for Turkish shopkeepers in exchange for nothing more than their drink of choice, White Ace cider.
